Sneak peak into my daily covert operations

These past couple weeks have been tough at work but despite that, I still love my job. It only takes that moment when I go into an adorable infant's room to chart and find them crying so take the opportunity to soothe him/her with the pacifer/play with them and/or to see the progress they make in their feedings and growth to help me remember how lucky I am to have such an amazing job.

I feel like you should get a chance to peak at what goes on in this locked down unit everyday so I decided to throw a video on here of a story that ABC did for us about a month ago. One of those babies is still here in our unit and I've gotten to know her quite well so it was fun for me to watch this video and see how much bigger and better she is now! Ah, the reward is just so great. Sit back and enjoy:

On a completely different and random note...because of the stress of this past month in general, I found this video of a BYU kid coming out of a wisdom tooth extraction to be especially helpful in lightening my mood and giving me a laugh. So...if you have 9 minutes and are in need of a stupid humor induced laugh, stay a bit longer will you? :)
